With the leading of Jimi, our French volunteer, we had a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Accept Your Inner Universe”. As the 12 of us plus the volunteers will will contribute to the implementation of the project we met in person.
After a short personal introduction, we started to discuss the details and responsibilities related to the project. We created smaller teams and divided the tasks among each other. We clarified our roles and duties for the responsible workshops. As some of us have never been in a Youth Exchange, we introduced the basics of the program too. Ending the meeting by starting on working on the remaining to dos in our assigned smaller teams.
