Our last Kompetenzteam meeting was about reflection of 2024. What we achieved and went through individually as well as personally. It has been a long year for many of us, hence it was nice to think about our accomplishments and give ourselves credit. The different ways of expression represent us well,
as Kompetenzteam. Our creativity and our desire for personal development and joyful meetings are limitless. We shared with each other our thoughts about this year and then we collected some ideas for the upcoming one.
